You earn

15% of your client's SightMap order: the one-time setup fee, any map background and routing fees, and 12 months of subscription.

You earn on upgrades

15% on map upgrades to a client's existing SightMap, ordered through your affiliate link.

Your clients get

One month of SightMap free on every new property ordered through your affiliate link.

A co-branded landing page with an order form, plus a listing in the Engrain Partner Directory.

When a client orders SightMap for a 10-property portfolio (201–500 units each), you earn roughly $2,000 to $3,000 in commission, depending on map options. Your client saves $790.

Complete the signup form to get access to the Partner Portal.

2. Submit your assets

Add your logo suite and a short company description in the Partner Portal.

3. Share your affiliate link

We build your co-branded landing page with an order form. Orders placed through it are credited to you automatically.

4. Get paid

Commission is paid quarterly on client payments received.

Who can join?−

Multifamily web agencies, creative agencies, and Unit Map partners. There are no volume minimums or tiers.

What do I earn on?+

For a new SightMap: the one-time setup fee, any one-time map background and routing fees (Base, General, or Verified), and 12 months of subscription. We calculate commission before your client's free month, so the free month doesn't reduce your earnings.

How are orders credited to me?+

Your client orders through your affiliate link, and we track the order to you automatically. Orders placed outside your affiliate link can't be credited, so share your link before your client orders.

Do I need to tell clients I earn a commission?+

Yes. Wherever you recommend SightMap, clearly disclose that you're an Engrain affiliate and earn a commission on orders placed through your link. Advertising rules require it, and it builds trust with your clients. Example: "[Partner Name] is an Engrain affiliate and earns a commission on SightMap orders placed through this page."
